Welcome to Final Fleet - Defense (the "Game"), provided by HongKong Vastimagine Tech Co., Limited ("Vastimagine HK", "we", "us" or "our"). In addition to the Game License and Service Agreement, this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") further explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you use the Game, as well as the rights you are entitled to. This Policy forms an integral part of the Game License and Service Agreement.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand the correspondence between the types of personal information and their purposes, together with our detailed personal information handling rules.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Game, Vastimagine HK collects the information you actively provide or that is generated by your use of our services in the following ways, in order to provide and improve the services and safeguard your account security:

• 1.1 When you register or use the Game, we collect your online identifier and common device information to identify you as a user of the Game.
• 1.2 To comply with applicable laws and regulations, users of the Game may be required to complete real-name (or age) verification in order to continue using the Game. Where required, we will collect your real-name identity information with your consent. Such information is sensitive; refusing to provide it may prevent you from logging in or may impose restrictions on certain features.
• 1.3 To ensure the normal operation of the Game, maintain its basic functionality, optimize performance, improve your gameplay experience and protect your account security, we collect information such as your device ID, device name, device type and version, system version, IP address, MAC address, application ID, Wi-Fi SSID, and network type. In order to identify user devices and safeguard network security, we may collect unique identifiers of your mobile device (such as IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, Android ID, OAID, IDFV, device serial number, installed application list, accelerometer readings and specific sensor lists).
• 1.4 When you use the Game, we collect gameplay logs, such as login logs, item logs and match records, so that you can review your game history within the client. Such information is also used for operational analytics, customer support, and other game-security purposes. To improve your experience, we may synchronize such information to later versions of the Game or to other products we provide that you are using.
• 1.5 If you use a device from manufacturers such as Xiaomi, Meizu, Huawei, Honor, OPPO, vivo or others, the Push SDKs integrated with the Game may collect unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI) and may also collect parameters such as your phone model, system type, system version, and screen size to enable push notifications about the Game and its activities. For details, please refer to the privacy policies or statements of the relevant SDK providers.
• 1.6 When you use the purchase/consumption features of the Game, we collect your top-up records and consumption records to enable you to review your transactions and to protect the safety of your virtual items. Such records constitute sensitive information; collecting them is necessary to complete transactions.
• 1.7 To protect your account security and maintain a fair, healthy and safe environment, we collect your in-game identifiers, hardware and operating-system information, process and crash records, in order to combat behaviors that disrupt fair play or interfere with the normal operation of the Game (e.g., detecting piracy, scanning for cheats, and preventing fraud).
• 1.8 When you interact with other players in-game via text, images or other means, we may collect and retain such content in order to filter inappropriate content (e.g., pornography, violence, political, abusive or malicious advertising), thereby maintaining a healthy in-game environment.
• 1.9 If you wish to use location-based features (such as matching with nearby players or region/server recommendations), we will collect your location information after obtaining your authorization. Location data is sensitive; refusing to provide it will only prevent the corresponding feature from being available and will not affect your ability to use other features of the Game. You may withdraw your authorization at any time.
• 1.10 In accordance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, we may collect and use your personal information without your prior consent under the following circumstances:
  1) directly related to national security or the public interest;
  2) directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
  3) necessary to protect the life, property, reputation or other significant lawful rights of you or another individual where obtaining your consent is difficult;
  4) personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
  5) personal information collected from lawfully public disclosures, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosures;
  6) necessary for entering into or performing a contract at your request;
  7) necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services;
  8) necessary for carrying out lawful news reporting;
  9) necessary for statistical or academic research conducted in the public interest, where results shared externally are de-identified;
  10) internal auditing, data analysis and research by Vastimagine HK to improve products, services and user communications;
  11) other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
• 1.11 Please note that the features and services we provide are continuously evolving. If any feature or service is not described above and collects your information, we will notify you separately through in-app prompts, interaction flows, announcements or similar means, describing the scope and purpose of collection and seeking your consent. Except for game research information collected via third-party survey providers, we do not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties outside Vastimagine HK. If we do so in the future for business needs, we will inform you of the source, type and scope of use before obtaining it, and require the third party to ensure the legality of the information provided.
• 1.12 You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with better products, services and experience, we may provide your real-name verification information (including name, ID document number and mobile phone number) to third-party verification providers commissioned by us for the purpose of verifying its authenticity. Such providers may compare your information with lawful external databases to obtain a verification result. We will require these providers to have adequate data-security capabilities and provide adequate levels of protection. Without your consent, we will not use the information for any purpose beyond what you have authorized.

2. Information Storage

• 2.1 Storage Method and Retention Period: We store your information via secure means, including local storage (e.g., in-app data caches), databases and server logs. In general, we retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws.
• 2.2 Storage Location: The Game is operated by HongKong Vastimagine Tech Co., Limited. Personal information is primarily stored on servers located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China and/or the target operating regions of the Game. Where cross-border transfers are involved, we will comply with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
• 2.3 Notice on Service Discontinuation: If the Game is to be discontinued, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations by way of announcement, and protect your lawful rights and interests in accordance with the law.

3. Information Security

• 3.1 Security Measures: We strive to protect the security of user information and prevent leakage, loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. We adopt multi-layered security measures, including technical safeguards, management controls and organizational governance. Technical means include but are not limited to firewalls, transmission encryption (e.g., SSL/TLS), de-identification or anonymization, and access controls. We strictly limit access to information to authorized personnel, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits. Violations will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.
• 3.2 Incident Response: In the event of a security incident such as a personal information breach, we will activate our emergency response plan to prevent the incident from expanding. Following an incident, we will inform you of its basic circumstances, the measures we have taken or intend to take, and our recommendations by means of announcements, push notifications, emails or similar channels. Where individual notification is difficult, we will publish warnings through public announcements.

4. How We Use Information

• 4.1 Rules for Use: We use the information we collect in accordance with the following rules:
  1) providing the Game's features and services, including basic gameplay, player interaction and purchase functions;
  2) analyzing the operation of our products based on your usage frequency and patterns, fault information and performance data, to ensure service security and improve product quality. We do not combine the information stored in analytics tools with your personally identifiable information;
  3) certain services are provided by third parties in order to enable our product features and ensure safe and stable operation; therefore, when you use the corresponding features, we may share the necessary personal information with those third parties.
• 4.2 Change of Purpose: We use the information collected only within the purposes described in this Policy. If we intend to use your personal information beyond the originally stated purpose or a directly and reasonably related scope, we will notify you again and obtain your explicit consent before such use.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

Except as set out in this Policy and the Game License and Service Agreement, we do not proactively share, provide or transfer your personal information to third parties outside Vastimagine HK. Where such sharing, provision or transfer is necessary, we will either directly obtain your explicit consent or confirm that the third party has obtained your explicit consent.

Where the Game is developed or operated jointly with overseas partners, we may provide records or log information generated during your use of the Game (such as login logs and item logs) to such overseas partners for operational analytics, customer-support handling, and other game-security analysis, in order to help improve the Game and optimize user experience. Except as otherwise provided in this Policy or the Game License and Service Agreement, we do not publicly disclose the personal information collected.

As our business evolves, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions or asset transfers. In such cases we will notify you and continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, and no less strictly than the standards required by this Policy, or require the new controller to do so. Under the following circumstances, we may share, transfer or publicly disclose personal information without your prior consent:

• 1) directly related to national or public security;
• 2) directly related to public safety, public health or significant public interest;
• 3) directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or execution of judgments;
• 4) necessary to protect the life, property or other significant lawful rights of the data subject or another individual where obtaining consent is difficult;
• 5) personal information that the data subject has voluntarily disclosed to the public;
• 6) personal information collected from lawfully public disclosures.

6. Your Rights

While you use the Game, we may provide, depending on the specific product, corresponding operational settings enabling you to access, delete, correct or withdraw consent regarding your personal information. Please refer to the in-game guidance for details. We also provide complaint and reporting channels; your feedback will be handled promptly.

7. Changes

We may revise this Policy from time to time. When the terms of this Policy change, we will notify you of the revised Policy in an appropriate manner upon version updates. Please read the revised Policy carefully. Your continued use of the Game constitutes your agreement to our collection, processing or use of your personal information in accordance with the updated Policy.

8. Minors Protection

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and continue to explore improved measures. We will actively comply with applicable jurisdictions' anti-addiction policies and age-restriction requirements, and enable anti-addiction or age-verification mechanisms to protect the lawful rights and interests of minors. We may determine whether an account belongs to a minor based on real-name or age verification and, if so, subject the account to the corresponding protection scheme. If you are the legal guardian of a minor, please make sure that the minor under your guardianship uses the Game or provides personal information only with your prior authorization.
